Our beef comes from our pedigree herd of Belted Galloway cattle. They are slow grown grazing our meadows and woodlands, using regenerative farming methods. We love our cattle and know you will greatly enjoy the fuller flavoured quality beef they produce. From our farm to your table with love.
OUR MIXED GALLOWAY BEEF BOXES
Our beef is expertly prepared, with the carcasses hung for a minimum of 30 days and represents excellent value as well as flavour.
Our boxes for home consumption come in three sizes. They contain a selection of cuts so that nothing is wasted, and each box represent excellent value for this quality product. All products are beautifully butchered, vacuum packed and labelled, ready for immediate consumption or your freezer.
All boxes contain a selection of Roasts, Steaks, Mince, Braising Steak, Short Ribs and Stir fry packs.
The large box will include at least one rib roast.

OUR FARM
Rampisham Manor Farms is located in the tranquil beauty of West Dorset. The farm geographically is quite high and wet, and lends itself to be primarily a livestock farm. All our livestock is farmed using regenative farming methods. Our priorities are animal welfare, and balancing food production with nature. The farm has a huge amount of ground managed exclusively for nature and our livestock production is farmed in order to help increase bio diversity, improve soil health and increase soil and fertility.
The wider estate also has large amounts of woodland which as well as being incorporated into our livestock grazing rotations, produce sustainable timber for the estate sawmill and log business.
Diversification projects include, selling our produce directly to the customer, sustainable energy creation, through Photovoltaic and logs, and selling any additional saplings from our tree nursery, which have not been planted on the wider estate, where we are increasing our woodland cover and habitats.
