Our beef is expertly prepared, with the carcasses hung for a minimum of 30 days and represents excellent value as well as flavour.

Our Boxes for home consumption come in three sizes. They contain a selection of cuts so that nothing is wasted, and each box represent excellent value for this quality product. All products are beautifully butchered, vacuum packed and labelled, ready for immediate consumption or your freezer.
